Albert J. Barrett, DO, FAAOM, R-MSK
Dr. Barrett practices procedural-based regenerative and osteopathic medicine for many musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. He achieved registry as an Interventional and Diagnostic Musculoskeletal Ultrasound specialist (R-MSK) in 2022 and is certified in Pain Management by the American Academy of Procedural Medicine.
Dr. Barrett is an osteopathic physician board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology. He is the Chief Radiologist of Clarion Hospital, Independence Health System, since he began his career in 2006.
He continues to remain on the forefront in evidence based Regenerative Medicine through the AOA Board of Prolotherapy/Regenerative Medicine, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP), and the American Academy of Orthopedic Medicine (AAOM).
He is an active USPA powerlifter and holds several state bench press records.
Dr. Barrett is the founder and CEO of Spine & Extremities Center, PC and of Clarion Diagnostic Imaging, PC.

Lindsay is our nurse navigator, primary advanced modalities provider, aesthetic provider, and office manager. Her thoroughness, precision, and attention to detail helps each client achieve optimal, natural-looking results. By prioritizing safety and efficacy in every procedure, she stays up-to-date on the latest techniques and advancements in the aesthetic industry.
She graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. After co-founding this office in 2021 with her husband, she decided to further her career into aesthetic nursing. She graduated from Pennsylvania Western University - Clarion in 2024 with her Associate of Science in Nursing.
She is currently attending Pennsylvania Western University to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing to further her education to become a certified registered nurse practitioner.
She is a member, trained, and certified by the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics and the American Academy of Procedural Medicine.

Dr. Cyphert received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University in 2019. He then went on to receive a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from SRU in 2022. He is an advanced modalities provider for our treatment programs and assists patients with corrective exercise and lifestyle counseling.
