What is Platelet-Rich Plasma?

Platelets are most known for their clotting abilities, but most people don’t realize they also contain growth factors that trigger cellular healing and stimulate tissue regeneration in the damaged area. PRP is a biologic compound that contains more concentrated platelets than normal creating an intense healing environment.
we use a proprietary system for platelet harvesting that uses special collection equipment to not only concentrate the platelets but also remove the majority of the inflammatory white blood cells from the PRP making for a better, more purified PRP for injection.
